AWARDABLE TERMS & CONDITIONS

All orders and redemptions are subject to review. We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect is related to fraudulent activity. In the event an order or redemption is in question, we will send you an email requesting further correspondence by email and/or phone. If we do not receive a reply within a 24-hour period, the order in question can be cancelled.

REDEMPTION

Awardable certificate codes are redeemable only at www.redeemmycode.com for gift cards or gift certificates from participating merchants made available on www.redeemmycode.com. Awardable certificate codes cannot be used in merchant stores or at the websites of Awardable participating merchants.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit one of our websites, place an order, redeem a reward gift card request or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically, and you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on our website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Your consent to enter into this agreement electronically covers current transactions only. Future correspondence relating to other matters (i.e. future orders, redemptions, customer service inquiries and marketing) will require additional consent.

HOURS OF OPERATIONS

We are always available on the web, and a human being is available to speak with you by phone Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. central time. To speak to someone in our customer service center, please email us at customerservice@awardableapp.com.

Awardable Offices are closed on the following national holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

PAYMENT OPTIONS AND BILLING INQUIRIES

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Amazon.com Visa, Amazon.com Payment Account and American Express. We DO NOT process credit card transactions directly. We DO NOT and WILL NOT hold or store any credit card or payment account information on our site or servers. All payment transactions are processed using Amazon Payment Services.

By registering your payment account with Awardable you are agreeing to allow Awardable to charge your account for any annual fees and awards sent out via the Awardable system. Awardable will not seek additional authorization once a suitable payment account has been registered with Awardable. Charges include card value as well as service charge.

All purchases made on this site will appear as “1530 Technologies, Inc.” on your credit card or bank statement. If you have a question regarding the charge on your credit card statement, please speak to someone in our customer service center, by emailing us at customerservice@awardableapp.com.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When a recipient redeems a code a Confirmation number is generated immediately following the completion of your order. The same confirmation number is emailed to the email address you provided including all of the information you submitted with your order. If you believe you completed your order but did not receive a Confirmation Number, please check your spam or junk mail folder in case the email confirmation has been filtered. Otherwise, it is likely that your order was not submitted successfully. Please contact us if you need further assistance.

MERCHANT LIST

The merchants and denominations available at Awardable are subject to change without notice. Awardable makes no guarantee that the merchants will remain the same or that a particular merchant will be available at all times. See the complete list of current merchants at www.redeemmycode.com.

The customer is subject to the limitations and rules of the merchant whose gift certificate the customer redeems with the Awardable Certificate. Awardable is not responsible for any restrictions or terms and conditions of any merchant's gift certificate.

Awardable is not responsible for merchants that are no longer in business or that change their location(s). Awardable may not be held responsible for the actions, product, or content of any merchant.

Redemption of merchant gift cards and/or certificates is subject to the limitations and rules set by the respective merchants, and such merchant certificates may not be available for use and redemption by individuals located outside the United States. Your redemption order cannot exceed the value of your Awardable certificate code. Orders and redemptions on www.awardableapp.com are subject to Awardable's Terms and Conditions and Security and Privacy Policies.

SHIPPING

Awardable cannot ship merchant gift certificates internationally, to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

All orders are subject to a verification process, and any information submitted that does not verify with a customer's financial institutions may cause delays. Emailed and physically printed or shipped certificates or awards are subject to the same verification rules, which could prevent an emailed certificate from being redeemable immediately upon purchase.

Awardable is not responsible for orders that are not received due to the customer inputting incorrect or incomplete delivery information. If physical gift cards and/or certificates are shipped directly to Customer, Customer must promptly notify Awardable of (a) any discrepancy in the order; or (b) Customers non-receipt of shipment. Upon receipt of such notification, Awardable will investigate, and may, if appropriate (i) correct such discrepancies; or (ii) cancel and replace any non-received shipment in which a full balance remains on the gift cards or certificates, provided that the intended recipient submits to Awardable a properly completed Affidavit of Claimant/Lost Shipment within 20 days of the shipment date for individual customers. If Awardable does not hear from Customer or recipient within the aforementioned time frame, the shipment will be deemed to be satisfactory and accepted by Customer. Awardable is not responsible if a Recipient or Customer defaces, damages or otherwise renders unsuitable for redemption a merchant gift card that is either sold to the Customer or received by the Recipient in exchange for a Awardable certificate.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Awardable certificate codes and merchant gift cards are not exchangeable for cash, cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

LOST OR STOLEN CERTIFICATES

Awardable will not replace a gift card that is lost or stolen after being received. If an order has not arrived at the customer's shipping location within 20 days of the shipment date, Awardable may cancel and replace the order after review and investigation of the current balance on the lost gift card. All stipulations laid out in the “Shipping” paragraph apply.

Awardable will not be responsible for gift cards and gift certificates that are undeliverable or not received due to the purchaser or recipient's failure to enter accurate delivery information, including physical and email addresses, or when 20 days have passed since Awardable shipped the gift card(s) or certificate(s).

EXPIRATION

Awardable certificate codes do not expire.
